Consumer Protection
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to
compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of
business and the circumstances of the claim.

Our initial consultations are free of charge. We charge £195 for arranging residential mortgages and £295 for arranging Buy to let mortgages, payable when the mortgage application is made. This fee includes our free reminder and review service at the end of the initial deal term. We will also receive commission from the lender or insurer which will be detailed on your personal illustration
